We are seeking a visionary leader with deep expertise in product management. The ideal candidate excels at translating enterprise strategy into actionable product roadmaps, driving outcomes through OKRs and KPIs, and mentoring high-performing teams. They possess a strong understanding of software development processes, managing enterprise data, exceptional communication skills, and a data-driven mindset. Experience in managing complex product portfolios and aligning cross-functional teams is essential.
Key Competencies
Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or another relevant business/technology fieldMinimum 10 years of directly relevant work experience in product managementProven track record of applying product management to enterprise-scale data products or platforms in the retail industryAble to oversee E2E product lifecycles for a product, from strategy (innovate, generate ideas, justify investments) to launch (execution, integration, sequencing), operating in-life (track performance, fix issues), managing end-of-life and measurement including integration, sequencing, and stitching across all levelsProven leadership in managing large, complex product portfoliosStrong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, dtaa governance, and metadataCapability to develop and implement proofs of concepts (POC’s) to validate technical solutions.Expereince with scripting languages for handling large data sets (e.g. Python), UI/UX languages (e.g. HTML, JavaScript, etc.) and object oriented languages (e.g. Java)Experience with enterprise data tools such as Snowflake, Databricks, Tableau/Power BI, or similar, preferredExceptional communication, stakeholder management, and storytelling skillsExperience working in Agile or Scaled Agile environmentsWHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
You will lead the creation of end-to-end product and platform vision and multi-year roadmaps for a dedicated workstream. You'll partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, integrate dependencies, and ensure roadmaps deliver outsized value. You'll drive product and platform strategy, leveraging market insights and a value framework to guide decisions. You'll champion best practices, track value delivered, and elevate product management maturity across the organization.
