Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced technical business development leader to drive the acquisition and market success of our electrification products. This strategic role is focused on building deep technical relationships with our customers, understanding their future needs, and translating those insights into actionable product and go-to-market strategies. The ideal candidate will be a market-driven innovator with a strong technical background in high-voltage power electronics and e-mobility systems, who can guide both our customers and our internal teams toward creating industry-leading solutions.  Also able to create and maintain C-suite executive relationships with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Technical Engagement:Establish and nurture strong, collaborative technical relationships with key decision-makers and engineering teams at our customers' organizations (including European, American, Japanese, and Chinese markets).Develop and maintain customer-specific technical roadmaps, aligning our product offerings with their future vehicle and system architectures.Support execution of key product launchesGo-to-Market Strategy:Define and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for our electrification portfolio, including high-voltage power electronics, low-voltage motors, high-voltage e-axles, and e-motors.Champion an "outside-in" approach, ensuring that market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes are the primary drivers of our strategy.Technical Product Liaison:Serve as the primary technical link between the customer and our internal engineering, product, and sales teams.Translate customer requirements into concrete product specifications and guide our organization in developing commercially successful and scalable production solutions.Assure product meets profitability targets while meeting customer expectationsCo-Development and Strategic Partnerships:Proactively identify and cultivate co-development opportunities that deepen customer relationships and create a competitive advantage.Seek out strategic partnerships that enhance our technology offerings and accelerate market penetration.Market Intelligence & Innovation:Bring fresh, global perspectives and innovative ideas to challenge our internal thinking and drive continuous improvement.Analyze market and technology trends to ensure our product portfolio remains at the cutting edge of the industry.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Experience

Required:Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role such as technical sales, application engineering, or technical marketing within the automotive electrification sector.Strong technical understanding of electrification products, such as high-voltage power electronics (inverters, converters), electric motors, and integrated e-axle systems.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong technical and commercial relationships with global automotive OEMs.Experience creating and executing successful go-to-market strategies for technical products.A strong "outside-in" philosophy, with a track record of prioritizing customer and market needs to drive business decisions.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.Willingness and ability to work effectively with a diverse range of international customers and colleagues.Preferred:Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.A global background with experience working in or with multiple international markets.Experience in identifying and structuring co-development or joint venture agreements.
