In this leadership role, you will take a strategic approach to tax management, compliance, and planning while contributing to broader financial initiatives critical to our company’s success. Responsibilities: + Manage complex tax compliance processes, including federal, state, and international filings, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations. + Develop and execute tax planning strategies that align with company objectives while optimizing financial outcomes. + Lead and mentor the tax team, fostering professional growth and maintaining a high-performance culture. + Collaborate with finance and executive leadership to identify opportunities for tax-related efficiencies and strategic value. + Continuously assess and improve existing tax processes and systems to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. + Provide technical expertise in corporate tax compliance, including annual income tax provisions and reporting. + Monitor changes in tax legislation and advise on potential impacts to the organization. + Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate tax strategies into broader financial goals and initiatives. + Establish metrics to measure the success and impact of the tax function as it evolves. + Drive innovation and long-term vision for the tax department to support the company’s strategic objectives.
