The following position is to join our RTX Corporate Transformation & Strategy Team:
The Director of Talent Technology will lead the strategic direction and execution of technology solutions within the talent space. This role will focus on delivering solutions that enhance the talent acquisition process and improve the overall candidate and employee experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR technology, application selection and governance, and application ownership. Exceptional communication and presentation skills along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
What You Will Do:
Accountable for the RTX HR Talent Technology portfolio, including strategy, management, development, maintenance, implementation, and production.Collaborate with stakeholders, including HR Talent leadership, Enterprise service owners and Business Unit digital teams, to identify areas of opportunity and implement solutions that drive enterprise synergies and simplify processes company-wide.Contribute to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide digital strategy while ensuring alignment with the organization’s top-level goals.Provide people and technical leadership to a team of product owners and other support developers ensuring development efforts meet all project milestonesResponsible for staffing plans of their team with supporting business justifications. Provides coaching and develops talent.Ensure that all solutions developed are aligned with approved modern architecture framework and enterprise-scale considerations.Enable effective Tier 3 support for enhancements to the applications owned and work collaboratively with other HR Technology leaders in coordination with seamless delivery.Research and build business cases and road maps for the recommendation and adoption of the latest digital tools to deliver an improved experience.Drive any necessary upgrades, maintenance, and enhancements within the talent technology space for owned application.Regularly communicate with senior leadership within Enterprise Services, BUs, and functional stakeholders (People Services, HR, Digital Technology) regarding the status of enhancements and initiativesProactively work with HR Talent Leadership to keep them informed of enhancement and upgrade opportunities, translating technical functionality into business solutions.Work with ES Digital Technology leadership to drive the strategy to integrate AI capabilities within the Talent Technology space.Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 14 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 12 years of experienceU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access certain necessary systems or sites.Proven experience in Talent Technology landscape, HR technology application management, or a related field, with a track record of successful project delivery and application governance.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions.Ability to Travel up to 30% for meetings and team collaboration.Qualifications We Prefer:

REMOTE: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home). An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.The salary range for this role is 176,000 USD - 352,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
