As a Director of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for the evaluation of assigned recruiting functions to identify areas for improvement. In partnership with HR and key business leaders, the Director of TA will oversee current and future talent needs in accordance with compliance and law related to hiring.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Work with VP of Talent Acquisition to develop a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy for business channels that accounts for hiring needs and current resource allocation.Provide leadership guidance and oversight to our screening and selection processes including evaluation of potential candidates, determining hiring requirements, and ensuring compliance to all regulations that impact recruitment.Develop and implement various recruitment strategies that support our employment brand and sourcing.Evaluate recruiting efforts to continually improve the process and quality of talent brought into the organization.Design and implement metrics that evaluate all talent acquisition programs and initiatives across the assigned recruiting function.Develop ways to engage employees to be our employment brand ambassadors.Working Environment

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience

The base pay for this position generally is between $112,800.00 and $240,100.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
