The Director, Supplier Risk and Sustainability, is responsible for developing and executing strategies that identify, assess and mitigate supplier-related risk such as sustainability, operational/quality, and financial risks, while driving sustainability initiatives across our global supply base.

This position reports to the VP, Corporate Procurement Operations & Systems, and is a key part of the Corporate Global Strategic Procurement team. The role will be fully remote.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

Partner with our sustainability team to develop policies and procedures that support our supply chain sustainability objectives, and translate these into cascaded programs within our supply chain. Manage our EcoVadis partnership, including strategy, structure, goal setting, and relationship management. Act as program lead overseeing data, applications, tools, company coordination, communication, and tracking goals.Together with the sustainability team, develop a strategy to achieve our upstream net zero/Scope 3 reduction goals, and oversee the execution of such a strategy.Manage programs to support compliance with supply chain-related sustainability regulatory requirements, including modern slavery acts, conflict minerals, CSDDD, etc.Administer our Quarterly Supplier Risk Review framework.

The essential requirements of the job include:  

Undergraduate degree in a relevant area such as supply chain, business management, sustainability, or operationsA minimum of 8 years’ experience in supplier risk management and/or supply chain sustainability, at a global companyStrong understanding of sustainability frameworks, supplier due diligence, and global supply chain dynamicsFluent English language skills, both written and verbalExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate risk insights into business decisionsFull proficiency in the use of computer tools, including MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other database-type tools.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: 

Utilizing the EcoVadis platformA large decentralized or center-led organizationA regulated manufacturing industry, such as healthcare

The annual salary range for this role is $170,000-190,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
