The Director of Strategy and Operations for US Hemophilia will serve as a strategic leader driving business optimization and operational excellence across the Hemophilia portfolio. This position is responsible for developing and executing long-term strategic initiatives while ensuring operational effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:

 

Customer Experience Management

 

Lead and optimize customer experience strategies across all touchpoints

Drive strategic planning and execution of key portfolio initiatives

Lead customer experience strategies across all Hemophilia portfolio touchpoints

Develop strategies to quickly resolve operational issues affecting customers and stakeholders

 

Operational Leadership

Lead Sanofi Shoppe implementation for the Hemophilia portfolio ensuring seamless integration with existing processes

Closely collaborate with Specialty Pharmacy and Market Access team on contracts and special projects across the Hemophilia portfolio

Establish KPIs and metrics to measure operational performance

 

Stakeholder Management & Partnership

Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external partners

Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive business objectives

Serve as strategic contributor to the Hemophilia Marketing leadership team  and partner with Brand Heads to align operational excellence with brand objectives

 

Commercial Operations & Customer Experience

Oversee supply chain partnerships and distribution strategy

Monitor and optimize customer experience across all touchpoints

Collaborate with Specialty Pharmacy and Market Access teams on portfolio initiatives

Lead order management optimization and process improvements across Hemophilia portfolio

 

About You 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications

Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical operations

Proven track record in customer experience management

Strong project management and problem-solving skills

Excellence in written and verbal communication

Experience in supply chain operations and order management

MBA or similar degree required

 

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in rare disease or specialty pharmaceuticals

Knowledge of specialty pharmacy operations

Track record of implementing operational excellence initiatives

Experience with digital platform implementation

The salary range for this position is:

$172,500.00 - $249,166.66

All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs. Additional benefits information can be found through the LINK.
