The Director of Strategic Growth Insights is an insights leader who sits at the intersection of **strategy, business development, and growth execution** for a division of Coca-Cola partnering with a key customer. This role exists to make insights _matter_ -turning data, analytics, and consumer understanding into decisive actions that help our Business Development field team deliver against ambitious annual growth plans.
Reporting to the Head of Strategy, Insights & Innovation, this leader serves as the **single, trusted insights partner** to the division's Business Development community, shaping how opportunities are identified, sized, prioritized, and sold in-market. The Director of Strategic Growth Insights will work with the Senior Director of Consumer Insights and the Director of Strategy and Planning to ensure we have a comprehensive set of insights for the North America team.
The position requires advanced expertise in syndicated, proprietary, and customer data, strong agency management capabilities, and the ability to translate complex analytics into compelling business stories. Success in this role depends on exceptional communication skills, consultative influence, and innovative approaches to commercializing insights across the organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Insights Leadership and Stewardship**
+ Serve as the primary Insights Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Field organization.
+ Proactively deliver actionable insights, including channel performance, competitive intelligence, trend identification, and impact sizing.
+ Leverage North America Operating Unit (NAOU) insights resources to develop fact-based growth and selling strategies.
+ Design and lead primary research to address knowledge gaps, strengthen competitive advantage, and position Coca-Cola as the beverage, QSR, and consumer insights expert.
**Business Performance & Knowledge Sharing**
+ Curate and present insights to strategically position the division and The Coca-Cola Company as trusted thought partners with Field Offices, Business Units, O/O Leadership, Affinity Groups and local agencies.
+ Manage and maintain the division's knowledge repository in partnership with Category Insights and Marketing teams.
**Enterprise Collaboration**
+ Partner closely with NAOU and FSOP Insights teams to translate enterprise insights into relevant, actionable strategies.
+ Engage routinely with division leadership to ensure insights and analytics are embedded in business decisions.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Marketing, & Marketing teams, and the broader NAOU insights, strategy, and brand communities.
**Analytics, Tools & Capability Building**
+ Fluency in both internal and syndicated data sources (DINE, BEACH, Circana, Nielsen, Numerator, Zappi, etc.) and comfort in learning new tools to gather insights for data driven storytelling and through custom analyses
**Required Work Experience:**
Minimum:
+ 8+ years of experience in strategy, insights, brand, customer, business intelligence, and/or guest research
+ Experience in data driven decision making and analytics
Preferred:
+ MBA
+ 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics and/or guest research
+ Consumer packaged goods experience
+ Consulting background
+ Experience with QSR/FSOP Customer
+ Knowledge of Coca-Cola System
+ Knowledge of both US and Canadian market

+ Network: Ability to work across the NAOU and Global Strategy and Insights networks to bring in best practices, tools, and learnings
+ Business Consulting Skills: Ability to identify opportunities and gaps for both KO and TMD via a holistic understanding of business fundamentals and application of quantitative and qualitative industry, guest, and operator insights.
+ Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex information and implications both verbally (in interactions with senior customer leaders) and in written presentations, utilizing "storytelling techniques" to communicate a clear, compelling, and cohesive story.
+ Analytic Skills: Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps, and integrate across disparate data sources.
+ Data & Insights Knowledge: Knowledge and ability to utilize industry resources (e.g., NPD CREST, Nielsen, Kantar, Datassential, etc.) and proprietary tools (e.g., DINE360, BEACH, etc.).
+ Market Research Knowledge: Experience working with agencies and leading large bodies of research projects. In addition, ability to present complex research projects and customize findings based on audience (e.g., presentation to leadership vs. to sales account directors).
+ Systems Thinking: Takes a whole systems approach to analyze business issues and implements holistic solutions, ensuring that linkages between structure, people, process and technology are made.
+ Storytelling: Prepares, crafts, and delivers a memorable narrative to engage intended audiences.

**Location:**
This role will be based in Atlanta, GA with routine business travel to Chicago, IL and Canada. This role requires 50% of time in office/with customer and up to 25% travel.

Pay Range:$141,000 - $165,200Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.Annual Incentive Reference Value Percentage:30Annual Incentive reference value is a market-based competitive value for your role.
