In the position of Director of Strategic Category Management, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Category Managers and Sourcing Analysts to shape and implement procurement strategies and best practices that optimize Dollar Tree’s sourcing activities and strategic vendor relationships.You and your team will work closely with business leaders in your aligned categories to understand their needs and develop comprehensive category strategies that align with overall business objectives. Furthermore, you will be responsible for driving the execution of these strategies through strategic sourcing and supplier management activities.
