**As director, Starbucks College Achievement Plan (SCAP), Recognition and Partner Perks, you lead the strategic program development and continual growth of a collection of industry leading benefits and programs, supporting the Best Job in Retail initiative.**
**_As director, Starbucks College Achievement Plan (SCAP), Recognition and Partner Perks, you will:_**
+ Deliver the SCAP program for US partners. Your team manages program design, continual enhancements and delivering partner centered events (Graduation and SCAP Fellowship).
+ Manage our strategic partnership with Arizona State University to sustain current programs and explore new initiatives that benefit partners and support global business goals.
+ Deliver consistently world-class recognition programs. Your team manages program delivery, continuous enhancement of offerings through the Everyday Uplift platform, and strategically leveraging our industry-leading recognition partner to drive innovation, scalability, and partner impact.
+ Drive innovation in perks programs for U.S. and Canadian partners. Your team ensures offerings respond to business needs, enhance the partner experience, and amplify Starbucks culture.
+ Drive integration of programs across key stakeholder communities by aligning leaders and influencing cross-functional teams.
+ Leverage deep understanding of the external education and recognition landscapes to provide strategic direction and influence programming.
+ Inspire and develop your team by setting strategic direction, providing coaching and development, and ensuring programs meet goals, stay within budget, and adapt to evolving business needs.
**_We’d love to hear from people with:_**
+ 8+ years advanced experience in consulting and working with senior leaders in the design, development, and execution of human resources strategies and initiatives.
+ Leadership and management skills managing a human resources team with multi-functional generalist accountabilities.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
