Responsible for the oversight on delivering gross to net shipment plans & executing against return objectives & reductions. Works with Account Mgmt to set/revise retail & gross shipment estimates. Helps to support overall brand strategy through quantitative input. Assists Head of Sales Ops. in setting planning policies, strategic priorities, & processes. Collaborates closely with DP & Supply to ensure that inventory needs are being anticipated and met. •Prepare Account level Retail, Gross Shipments, returns, estimates for door closings/openings and other financial estimates for total brand with Head of SOPS, AM, Finance & GM •Prepare and issue templates to the field to develop annual retail sales targets by door •Roll up entire account level plans, analyzing R&O between account and brand level category plans •Strong ability to work with Head of SOPS, AM, Marketing and GM to align on brand’s final plan and the investment needed to fulfill plan •Evaluate and provide feedback to planners on Brand Stock and Sales plans by account, roll up to brand level, including returns, markdowns, etc •Provide direction to AM & planners to ensure optimal management of inventory levels. Review monthly account performance metrics (e.g., WOS, counter service levels, fill rates, inventory turn) to ensure optimization of trade inventory. Guide phase-ins, phase-outs, discos, returns, DIFs, testers, adjustments and markdowns, with focus on proactively minimizing returns and DIFs •Reviews excess inventory with supply and AM to help develop plans to reduce excess •Oversees plan and execution of returns, and promo/launch/set forecasts •Works with IBP to ensure forecasts are accurate based on brand & account plans •Support AM in door productivity & staffing analyses •Assists monthly LE process, including Retail Sales & Gross Shipments, returns and etc; gathers input from AM/planners to develop Shipment plans & helps identify R&O’s •Compile and report weekly/monthly sales results v PL, LE & LY. Facilitate weekly brand review to identify retail, shipment and sales reduction R&O’s. Collaborate with AM on commentary for reporting purposes •Drives monthly templates coordination: ELTA, IR, BRM, etc •Structures feedback from AM/planners to shape sales outlook on demand plan forecast •Participates in consensus reviewing impacts of programs, sales, supply and demand planning forecasts; calls out supply R&O •Leads more detailed SKU alignment meeting between AM, Supply and DP to discuss impact at SKU level of current sales, in-stock levels at POS, etc. to align brand, DP and supply forecasts at granular level •Participate in NPL forecasting process/timeline across brand collaborating between AM/Mktg/IBP teams/Global to ensure proper ambition, benchmarking and retailer data is used. Enforce financial rigor in conjunction with maximizing opportunity •Lead the end-to-end NPL/Set launch process, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure seamless coordination between Inventory Mgr, Event Management, Marketing, and Account Management teams •Build and maintain strong partnerships with CRSM, Event Management, and DP to anticipate demand, mitigate risks, and secure inventory well ahead of shipment timelines, enabling on-time launches and maximizing market impact •Develop effective and efficient processes to support the Head of SOPS & AM in developing realistic, aggressive, and profitable account level plans •Stays up to date with new systems to continuously revise processes, level of planning to drive business insights and develop stronger, accurate and more aggressive plans **Qualifications** + 10+ years of relevant work experience + Strong Analytical and Business acumen + Previous experience as a buyer/inventory planner a plus + Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills + Strong excel, word, powerpoint, Mi9, and DWH, skills + Self-starter, detail oriented with strong organization skills, adept at problem solving + Flexible mindset, with the ability to shift focus, multi-task and prioritize requirements **Pay Range:** The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$120,550.00** to **$208,200.00** . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program as well as participation in the share incentive plan.
