Core Responsibilities
Assume end-to-end ownership of Revenue technology and the National Revenue Sharing Application (NRSA) solutionsPartner with Revenue Accounting organization to ensure Revenue technology outputs align with Revenue Accounting policies, standards and required enhancementsPartner with Regulatory to ensure NRSA outputs meet Regulatory requirements, including calculations, remittances, and payment processes.Lead group of managers and analysts responsible for maintaining and expanding capabilities of Revenue technology and NRSA solutions, recognizing efficiencies between systems wherever possible.Collaborate with Subscriber Technology lead to align on solution strategies, implementation execution and represent Subscriber & Revenue technology functions as consolidated solutionsDirects the preparation and installation of information systems plans, policies and procedures, including design of source documents, technical direction of operations, back-up methods and management reports.Analyzes management needs for IS/IT, including storage, retrieval and processes to recommend appropriate hardware and software configurations and purchases.Directs the continuing review of all current systems and formulation of future systems so as to efficiently accomplish business purposes within budget.Recruits, builds and nurtures high performance team.Manages department activities within budget.Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
