OverviewLead and manage the DTC retail teams (District Managers, Store Managers) to achieve financial targets, KPIs, and ensure Crocs retail standards are met. Oversee store visual merchandising and develop the teams with best practices, training, and incentive programs.
What You'll DoKey Responsibilities:
Drive retail sales and profitability in line with business plans
Manage performance of District and Store Managers, ensuring motivation and support
Plan and manage staff levels and payroll to optimize customer service and task execution
Ensure clear communication of Crocs’ customer service standards and retail guidelines
Conduct store audits and visits to improve service and performance across both owned and partner stores
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and wholesale teams to align on sales, promotions, and inventory levels
Manage the retail trading calendar and provide regular feedback on market trends and business performance
Lead retail business development, including new stores and closing under-performing locations
Align with regional teams to ensure business growth and ongoing support
KPIs and Metrics:
Retail revenue, growth, and profitability
Conversion %, UPT, ATV, GP, stock loss
Staff turnover and vacancy rates
Inventory and promotional performance
Performance of under-performing stores
Key Competencies:
Strong consumer-focused retail mindset
Expertise in retail best practices and understanding of the retail landscape
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive performance
Proficient in managing cross-functional strategies and business models
Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
What You'll Bring to the Table15+ years of relevant retail experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong strategic thinking and ability to implement actions based on market trends
Hands-on leadership style with a focus on results and performance
Fluent in English and Mandarin
