How You’ll Make an Impact   

Lead and manage regional project managers, overseeing the delivery of programs and projectsDirect work efforts, review integrated project plans, escalate resource needs and drive issue resolutionGuide the integration of projects, adjusting scope, timing and budgets to align with business prioritiesSupport direct report project managers through performance reviews and continuous improvement monitoringAct as the single point of contact for the Corporate SPMO team, assigning projects within your regional teamMaintain and prioritize the Regional Road Map, ensuring updates and evaluations are consistently performedCreate and track reports measuring project impacts and effectiveness using company-wide field operations metrics

Office environment with travel required, estimated at 25 percent within the regional footprint

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering or a related area

Experience

5+ years of project management experience
