Role and Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly skilled RTR Global Delivery Lead within a newly established Global Business Services (GBS) organization. The role will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational management of the Global RTR delivery (across 3 Global sites) as well as accountability for all regional delivery. This role will lead a global team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality GL transaction and reporting services to internal stakeholders across the organization.The ideal candidate will have strong industrial products acumen, deep knowledge of RTR processes, knowledge of leading practice tools and technology, and demonstrated experience in leading large teams in delivering quality business services. The candidate should have experience in ensuring GL transaction, reporting, and analysis processes are efficient, strategic, and aligned with organizational strategic goals. AccountabilitiesDevelops and executes the strategic vision for the RTR GBS organization, aligning with the overall goals of the organization and the Global Process OwnerCollaborates with senior leadership to define and implement financial processes that support the business objectivesAccountable for the day-to-day operations of the RTR GBS organization, ensuring efficient and effective service deliveryLeads, mentors, and develops a high-performing team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvementMonitors health and operational metrics tied to Global End to End delivery processesParticipates in setting operational/performance metrics (KPIs) aligned to latest process and ensures delivery against themEnsures the standardized E2E process is being followed according to agree upon SLAsContinuously looks for ways to improve processes and increase efficiency within the center. This could involve implementing new technologies, optimizing workflows, or introducing training programs to enhance employee skillsPromotes culture of improvement, transparency and collaboration among site leads, business liaisons across geographiesEnsures the appropriate controls are in place for the processManages exception requests to the standard processCollaborate with Functional leadership on strategic initiatives/alignment, investment needs, etc.Review operational data and performance with the GBS and Business Leadership in the Service Management Governance meetingsWorks with business and functional leaders to review requests to deviate from the standard process, and identify opportunities to maximize alignmentQualifications and Experience

Essential:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related fieldCPA or Chartered accountant equivalentMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience in GL transaction and reporting management or relevant finance management.Strong understanding of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and relevant technologies (e.g., ERP systems).Experience leading or working in / with a GBS or SSC centerProven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices in a global environment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, stakeholders and regions.Passion for sustainability and commitment to aligning processes with organizational sustainability goals.Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading teams and driving performance

Preferred:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteFamiliarity with Close automation tools that manage and automate core business processesAwareness of financial regulations and compliance requirements Skilled in gathering, understanding, and implementing leading practice Finance business processesAbility to analyze and synthesize performance metrics and data to support decision-making and strategic planningLanguages

Fluency in English and Spanish both spoken and written.

Collaboration First Hybrid Work Arrangements:

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week. Colleagues are expected to demonstrate a collaboration first mindset, which is the understanding that teams will work together in-person and colleagues should be flexible to adjust their hybrid days based on business needs. You will have an opportunity to work with your team and leader to determine when you should be in office to drive meaningful connections and to best serve our customers.
