Time in the role will immerse the candidate in our Risk Management Framework, strengthen exposure and awareness of Bank Capital structures, the Three Lines of Defense, and develop relationships with National leaders in Commercial / Corporate Banking and Risk, with a view to support skills for career development within Commercial Banking or Head Office. In your role as Director, Real Estate Credit Risk Management you will manage a major segment of risk rated credits.  By exercising good credit judgment, you will ensure that effective credit policies and strategies are in place and are adhered to in order to sustain portfolio quality and support effective portfolio growth.
