How You’ll Make an Impact   

Lead teams to deliver enterprise-level initiatives, cultivating high performance and collaborationOversee, plan, monitor and manage risks while allocating resources for multiple projects from conception through implementationDefine and implement Spectrum Business' program management strategy, governance model and best practicesPartner with executives to set priorities, approve business cases and align projects with corporate strategyDrive resource planning, capacity management and organizational impact in partnership with executive leadershipServe as executive sponsor for critical programs, ensuring support and accountability across the organizationEnsure clear communication and coordination across departments and senior leadership to achieve project objectives within budget and established success parameters
