Role:

-\tRevenue and market share projections for identifying gaps & devising business strategy.
-\tDevelop Go-To-Market strategy and delivery roadmap for Debit products
-\tSupport Product Sales & Account Teams in the creation and promotion of value propositions and market analysis
-\tCreate and present customized CVPs for new issuances across 20+ debit issuers via identifying gaps in portfolio, competition benchmarking, consumer behaviour and growing segments.
-\tFacilitate issuance of new bin and track benefits implementation while liaising with customer delivery, Loyalty, Marketing, and third-party vendors (Thriwe, TENs concierge, Taj, Oberoi, Alliance) to ensure seamless launch.
-\tTrack portfolio metrics – Activation rate, Auth rate, Spend/transaction per card etc., and support issuers (no D&S engagement) with regular QBRs
-\tEngage with issuer partners to drive greater penetration across their portfolio
-\tMonitor the competitive landscape and industry trends, understanding their implications for MasterCard
-\tExpand Market Share for MasterCard Debit through effective product design and activation & spend campaigns
-\tCollaborate with Consumer and Customer Marketing Teams to support the launch of programs as well as to develop product collateral.
-\tCreate and maintain a library of best practice and case study examples
-\tIdentify strategic business-building opportunities in products and services that can be offered, developed and implemented for customers
-\tBe responsible for idea generation; concept validation; and business case development for product propositions
-\tApply market research and conduct opportunity assessments on new ideas and concepts and communicate them to
-\tWork with regional & loyalty team to revamp network benefits relevant to India market, basis inputs from issuers
-\tExecute new projects arising due to market need/ regulatory changes/ internal strategy like:
•\tContactless initiative – chip fund allocation to drive issuance along with targeted engagements like CL clinics, CL accelerator
•\tCreate campaigns for brand visibility & ongoing communication to garner spends across key spending seasons – IPL, World Cup, Summer & XB Travel, Diwali, End of Year Holidays
