Director, Production Solid Phase Operations

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the entire production process for Allergy assays, ensuring flawless execution and adherence to global regulations.Lead and manage a world-class team to successfully implement production strategies and meet ambitious manufacturing goals.Recognize and champion continuous progress projects aimed at improving efficiency and quality.Collaborate strictly with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production processes.Track and evaluate production data to stay competitive in the global market and uphold high performance standards.Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in a manufacturing role, preferably in a highly regulated environment.Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Strong understanding of global production regulations and quality standards.Ability to analyze and interpret production data to promote continuous advancement.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, is preferred.
