Job Description

Director, Product Management is responsible for owning the strategic direction for components of our Patient Suite, including defining the vision and overall roadmap prioritization. This role will charter product innovation and support in developing operational strategies to assure successful implementation/execution of company products.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for managing requirements and all activities for a specific IQVIA’s Patient Technology, from product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, ensuring quality standards are met and that the product/s support the company’s overall strategy and goalsSpecializes in assessing and understanding the market, defining product strategy, vision, and overall roadmap prioritization and planningDetails the product specs, prioritizes and translates requirements to story points, and manages engineering backlogWorking with product engineering, technical, and procurement activities related to planning, operational, financial, budgeting, and contractual commitmentsResponsible for driving product innovation.Provides leadership in developing operational strategies to assure successful implementation/ execution of IQVIA's products.Responsible for divisional project financial performance, developing and implementing strategic priorities, leading proposals and acting as Executive oversight for assigned clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred10+ years of experience in relevant product management5+ years of experience within the Life Sciences industryBroad Management and Leadership knowledge to lead multiple job areasProven history of driving changes to best practices and approaches to product managementProven track record of leading high-performing teamsExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders and technical teams

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $114,400.00 - $319,000.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
