This role sits at the intersection of technology, business, and end-user engagement—driving the strategy, coordination, and execution needed to ensure our product groups within Project Butterfly CXM are not only launched, but fully adopted, understood, and valued by stakeholders across the enterprise. Partnering closely with teams across PR&O, Sales, and Marketing, this role anchors all launch enablement, stakeholder readiness, and business activation efforts for a portfolio of transformational products. The successful candidate will bring a blend of enterprise-level agility, communication excellence, and product thinking to accelerate value realization and reinforce strategic alignment throughout the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** + **Launch Enablement & Orchestration:** Lead go-to-market planning and execution across multiple product teams, ensuring consistent, scalable, and timely enablement of new capabilities to the business. + **Business & Stakeholder Readiness:** Develop and execute plans for training, communication, change management, and business engagement in partnership with BPOs, change leads, and functional teams. + **Product Positioning & Messaging:** Collaborate with Product Management, Communications, and Leadership to define how each product’s value is communicated, understood, and positioned within the enterprise. + **User-Centered Adoption Strategy:** Champion continuous user feedback loops and success metrics to measure adoption, satisfaction, and business impact—adjusting plans accordingly. + **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Serve as the connective tissue between product teams, enterprise functions, and business stakeholders—ensuring visibility, accountability, and alignment. + **Scaled Agile Partnership:** Operate within an agile product environment, helping teams iterate and launch incrementally while preparing stakeholders through coordinated readiness efforts. + **Why This Role Matters:** + This role is critical to ensuring the Butterfly CXM program delivers not just products—but **outcomes** . By anchoring launch, business readiness, and adoption across multiple workstreams, the Director, Product Group Acceleration will enable the organization to move faster, adopt smarter, and realize the full value of our digital investments. **Requirements:** **Education:** + A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience, is required. **Experience and Skills:** **Required:** + 8+ years in product enablement, technology delivery, launch strategy, or business transformation roles + Demonstrable experience driving user adoption, change management, or go-to-market initiatives in a complex matrixed environment + Excellent communicator with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization + Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups, including IT, Sales, Marketing, and Operations + Background in healthcare, MedTech, or highly regulated industries a plus **Preferred:** + Strong understanding of agile product development, portfolio delivery, and enterprise launch lifecycles **Other:** + Proficiency in English is required. + This role may require up to 20% domestic travel. ** **There is an internal pre-identified candidate for consideration.
