Beyond connecting customers to their favorite entertainment, our Video Services team delivers an award-winning TV experience to millions of customers across DISH TV and Sling TV platforms. Our dynamic teams are unwavering in our commitment to continuous innovation, ensuring the evolution of products and the constant enhancement of the overall customer experience.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
**We are seeking a highly innovative and strategic Director of Product Experience to lead the Digital Care, Service Stability, Voice of Customer, and Real-Time Monitoring teams for our DISH TV and Sling TV video brands. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in product and customer experience, a passion for innovation and driving results, and a demonstrated history of managing teams. The Product Experience team is part of the Product & Operations organization, which also includes Product Management, Product Design, Programming Operations, and Product Operations.**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Drives the development of the product experience annual operating budget, managing expenses to meet financial targets and implementing cost-saving initiatives aligned with strategic priorities
+ Collaborates with cross-functional teams for the seamless rollout of product enhancements
+ Cultivates team competencies through successful recruitment, retention, training, and professional development
+ Utilizes AI and analytics to foster continuous process improvement
**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
+ Extensive experience in product and/or customer experience
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Demonstrated success in optimizing product/customer experience, leveraging AI and analytics
+ Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
+ Deep understanding of product/customer experience best practices.

**Salary Ranges**
Compensation: $185,000.00/Year - $225,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
