Our dynamic teams are unwavering in our commitment to continuous innovation, ensuring the evolution of products and the constant enhancement of the overall customer experience. **Job Duties and Responsibilities** **We are seeking a highly innovative and strategic Director of Product Experience to lead the Digital Care, Service Stability, Voice of Customer, and Real-Time Monitoring teams for our DISH TV and Sling TV video brands. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in product and customer experience, a passion for innovation and driving results, and a demonstrated history of managing teams.
