Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Director or Product & Data Platforms for one of our customers in the Life Sciences industry. The role will be supporting clinical trials through advanced digital platforms and data-driven solutions. This will be revolved around enhancing patient journey mapping to enable earlier stroke detection and intervention. He/she will do this by partnering with clinical and regulatory teams to ensure compliance and seamless integration of technology. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing 1-2 squads, including developers and data specialists. The role will be very heavily revolved around data, so this person must understand data workflows within an organization and be able to help bridge the gap between technology and the business. Key responsibilities include: Clinical Trial Technology Enablement - Design and deploy digital platforms for patient recruitment, site operations, remote monitoring, and real-world data integration. - Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards. Patient Journey Mapping & Early Stroke Detection - Lead initiatives to identify early stroke indicators through data-driven patient journey analysis. - Integrate imaging, biomarkers, and predictive analytics into monitoring platforms. Clinical & Regulatory Partnership - Act as liaison between tech, clinical, and regulatory teams to align on compliance and risk. - Develop strategies for digital data capture and ePROs that meet global standards. Leadership & Strategy - Define and execute long-term technology vision for clinical development. - Mentor and grow teams focused on digital health innovation. - Evaluate emerging technologies for clinical and patient care applications. Skills and Requirements - Strong background in data science and product management. - Experience with clinical trial workflows, especially data-side operations. - Familiarity with AWS-based platforms and cloud architecture. - Ability to immerse in clinical trial environments and understand structural data needs. - Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and agile squads. - Experience with digital biomarkers, predictive analytics, and tools like CARTO. - Knowledge of regulatory standards (FDA, HIPAA, GDPR). - Background in patient journey mapping and cardiovascular health analytics. - Prior collaboration with tech giants (Apple, Google) on health data initiatives.
