What You'll Be Doing

Lead and manage North Region’s procurement function, collaborating with internal teams including HMT, IT, Operations, and Corporate/Group Procurement.

Oversee SAP implementation across the region and drive adoption of North’s procurement KPIs.

Execute cost-saving initiatives through synergy actions, commodity team leadership, and regional opportunity identification.

Align regional procurement strategies with North American and Group objectives through planning and follow-up activities.

Manage the Northeast Region’s energy hedging strategy in coordination with the NAM Energy Category Lead.

Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support the development of strategic agreements at all organizational levels.

Train procurement personnel on best practices, tools, and policy adherence to strengthen team capabilities.

Enhance procurement systems, monitor performance metrics, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

What Are We Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in technical, financial, or economic disciplines; supply management, APP, or CMM certifications are a plus.

Minimum of 7-10 of years’ experience in a purchasing manager capacity

Demonstrated success in developing and negotiating national and regional contracts.

Broad experience across procurement, operations, engineering, and commercial management.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.

Proven ability to lead training, implement best practices, and manage procurement projects effectively.

Proficient in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.

Work Environment

This role operates in a dynamic, collaborative environment with flexibility for hybrid work. Occasional travel, nationally and internationally, may be required to supplier sites and company locations.
