Pay Range: $152,700.00 - $180,000.00

**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead and manage North Region’s procurement function, collaborating with internal teams including HMT, IT, Operations, and Corporate/Group Procurement.
+ Oversee SAP implementation across the region and drive adoption of North’s procurement KPIs.
+ Execute cost-saving initiatives through synergy actions, commodity team leadership, and regional opportunity identification.
+ Align regional procurement strategies with North American and Group objectives through planning and follow-up activities.
+ Manage the Northeast Region’s energy hedging strategy in coordination with the NAM Energy Category Lead.
+ Ensure compliance with procurement policies and support the development of strategic agreements at all organizational levels.
+ Train procurement personnel on best practices, tools, and policy adherence to strengthen team capabilities.
+ Enhance procurement systems, monitor performance metrics, and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Bachelor’s degree in technical, financial, or economic disciplines; supply management, APP, or CMM certifications are a plus.
+ Minimum of 7-10 of years’ experience in a purchasing manager capacity
+ Demonstrated success in developing and negotiating national and regional contracts.
+ Broad experience across procurement, operations, engineering, and commercial management.
+ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a consultative approach.
+ Proven ability to lead training, implement best practices, and manage procurement projects effectively.
+ Proficient in ERP systems and data-driven decision-making.
**Work Environment**
This role operates in a dynamic, collaborative environment with flexibility for hybrid work. Occasional travel, nationally and internationally, may be required to supplier sites and company locations.
