Be part of the connection:

As a Director, Process Analysis, you will be leading executives, various departments, and lines of business to drive end-to-end process improvement and develop analytics to measure the impact of change. You are hands-on actively leading efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience and provide leadership to a business process analysis function. You are orchestrating how the process team engages and you are identifying ways to accelerate how the team creates value.

How you can make a difference:

Drive communication and gain commitment between business units and stakeholders to align processes and solutions with business strategies.Lead functional leadership on breakthrough strategies to improve efficiencies and reduce costs.Direct large-scale process improvement projects through all stages including concept formulation, methodology design, and implementation.Utilize internal and external best practices and establish benchmark data.Develop a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality. Lead by example and motivate employees of all levels.Creates reports and reviews trends to measure impact of change and alignment with SLAs.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS

Required qualifications:

Experience: Seven or more years of experience in management and process/data analysis.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.Technical skills: Word, Excel etc.Skills: Strategically able to document, prepare and present executive level presentations.Abilities: Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure

Preferred qualifications:

Spectrum Business experience, preferably within operational or front-line organizations.Analytical and reporting expertise.Consulting experience, preferably within the Big-4.
