**Job Description Summary** This position will lead team to develop and deploy pricing strategy, governance and control framework within GEHC Great China organization. The person is an instrumental part of GEHC business and finance strategy formation, in this role will be accountable for building governance mechanism, monitor various pricing and margin KPIs, advise management to take timely measures to improve business performance, optimizing pricing process, developing tracking tools, and providing in-depth analytics, as well as lead projects for continuous optimization initiatives, to enable a long term sustainable profitable growth. This role/team will not get into the transaction approval of each deals. + Central Pricing Governance Hub: + Develop cross BU, private and HKTW pricing approval/review mechanism + Translate financial guidance to daily pricing governance measurements + Collaborate with BU leadership and finance team ensure pricing policy & governance process in place across multiple channels, that is both comprehensive-enough to meet the needs of different channel, GTM model, & customer segments within GEHC and simple-enough to optimize operation efficiency. + Support special price approval and complex case discussion facilitation + Develop datasets and buildup proactive analytic monitoring reporting + Coordinate among BU for new across modality pricing models and alignments + Act as a trusted partner, advise leadership team on best approach to maximize margin across business models + Pricing CoE: + Process owner for pricing DoA, mechanism review and enhancement. Enable the implementation of GEHC pricing strategies through administration of pricing rules in Configure-Price-Quote (CPQ) workflow. + Work closely with BU Sales, Product, Finance, and Operations leaders, to deliver actionable insights to engage cross-functional teams to drive a pricing culture and best practices that mutually benefit customers and sellers while catalyzing profits + Buildup channel margin monitoring capabilities and tools, and translate data analytics to support commercial decision + Other tasks as needed **Basic Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent, master a plus + Minimum 10 years of experience in financial analysis activities, pervious experience in pricing management strongly preferred + Demonstrated experience in leading people + Strong communication skill + Solid business understanding and commercial insight + Complex problem-solving skills + Strong integrity and value **Preferred Qualifications:** + Demonstrated knowledge of and experience with B2B pricing best practices + Advanced analytical experience including dataset design/creation & statistical analysis, with ability to bring data to life using an array of analytical tools + Knowledge of CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote) systems and workflows and pricing guardrails + Strong interpersonal skills to influence and lead cross-functional teams + Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple complex tasks and priorities + Natural curiosity and ability to identify and solve complex and ambiguous analytical problems + Tenacity to overcome obstacles to generate desired outcomes, not just to complete tasks **Inclusion and Diversity** GE HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer where inclusion matters.
