Job Description
The Director of Field Training Management is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing the execution, and continuous enhancement of field implementation of key messaging and programs for the Portfolio Sales Force, including Facial Aesthetics, SkinMedica & DiamondGlow, and Body Contouring. This position serves as a key driver in shaping the training landscape through identifying field force needs to ensure that our Field Training Managers (FTMs) are equipped to deliver exceptional onboarding, training, and developmental support to our sales teams.
This role can be based anywhere in the U.S. within 25 miles of a major airport.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:Partner with Exec. Director Portfolio training to implement and execute a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with corporate training and enhances the skill set of Portfolio Sales Force and management teams.Lead the Field Training Manager team to ensure the effective rollout of onboarding and training initiatives across the Facial Aesthetics, Skincare, and Body Contouring business areas.Establish metrics and benchmarks for training success and implement continuous improvement processes.Team Management and Development:Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance of Field Training Managers (FTMs) to ensure high-quality training delivery, consistency in approach with corporate training team, & field co-travels.Collaboration and Partnership:Work closely with Area Sales Leaders (ASL), Commercial Directors (CD), to identify training needs and opportunities for development within their areas.Foster strong cross-functional relationships to support seamless communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.Program Development and Execution:Work as a thought Leader alongside the corporate training team in the design and implementation of New Hire Courses, including Foundations, Business Development, and Advanced Business Development throughout the year.Ensure that all training programs are aligned with the latest field force and customer needs, industry practices and product knowledge to maintain competitive advantage & pull through/ execution in the field.Performance Monitoring and Reporting:Understand and implement the use of productivity assessments and how the field uses and allocates resources. Ability to partner with and communicate assessment results with field sales leadership to drive field execution excellence.Implement systems for tracking training effectiveness and making data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.Report on training progress, successes, and areas of improvement to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Education, or a related field required.Prior Sales Training experience is required.5-7 years of applicable work experience. A deep operation knowledge and field credibility is preferred.2-3 years of people management experience is preferred.1-2 years of strategic planning, cross-functional initiatives, and enterprise-level project management is preferred.Proven experience in leading training and development and implementation of brand strategies, programs, preferably in a sales or pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical company.Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing a team and driving strategic initiatives and field execution.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.

The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position. Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location, and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
