This role partners with Enterprise Business Planning, Business Intelligence, and Technology teams, collaborating with senior leaders across Nike’s global supply chain and manufacturing network. You’ll lead a high-performing analytics team and build strong relationships to deliver solutions that move the business forward.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

You’ll lead Nike’s analytics strategy for Enterprise Business Planning, enabling consistent metrics, standardized reporting, and self-service data solutions. Your work will shape how Nike plans and delivers billions of products worldwide.Core Responsibilities:Drive analytics initiatives that align financial, merchandising, and supply chain planningDevelop predictive and prescriptive models to optimize decision-makingBuild and mentor a high-performing analytics team with clear prioritiesPartner with global business teams to activate Nike’s EBP offenseCreate scalable reporting frameworks and self-service data toolsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and transparencyCommunicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership
