SUMMARY:  The Global Physical Security (GPS) System Team manages physical security technology across the Corporation.  Oracle is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director Physical Security Infrastructure (Software) to lead critical infrastructure initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the design, delivery, and operational excellence of essential physical security infrastructure components. You will build and then lead a high-caliber team, ensuring the achievement of key objectives through exemplary leadership, talent development, and resource optimization. This position demands a seasoned professional who embodies Oracle values and can navigate complex challenges to deliver exceptional outcomes. The role is primarily remote but will require quarterly onsite visits to the Santa Clara Campus to visit the test lab.

As the Director of Physical Security Infrastructure, you will provide leadership to a dedicated team, tasked with overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle of infrastructure projects within Oracle. Your role will involve ensuring that the team's objectives are consistently aligned with the broader organizational goals, and maintaining a strategic focus on long-term infrastructure stability and scalability.
