Retail Senior Project Manager – JLLWhat this job involves:

As a Retail Senior Project Manager specializing in retail construction/interior buildout, you will be directly responsible for executing complex project goals through agile and strategic leadership while leveraging a national platform to focus on and lead industry changing projects that influence the future of work. Your strong knowledge of construction projects from start to finish will speak to your holistic approach to client needs, with your influence founded in facilitating critical stakeholder meetings, providing on-site project leadership and applying financial acumen to meet client goals. You will contribute to the establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practices to drive results as a team while demonstrating the ability to contribute to the culture, growth and development of a team by providing onsite leadership to ensure performance criteria and standards are being met.

What your day-to-day will look like:Execute complex project goals through agile and strategic leadershipLead industry changing projects that influence the future of workFacilitate critical stakeholder meetings and provide on-site project leadershipApply financial acumen to meet client goals and manage project budgetsContribute to establishment and refinement of work quality, cultural initiatives and best practicesDevelop procedures and winning strategies to guide project teams to successful executionManage client and vendor relationships for seamless conflict resolution and account maintenanceProvide onsite leadership to ensure performance criteria and standards are being metMonitor project financials and progress using exceptional data interpretation skillsCollaborate with transaction managers, facility managers, engineers, and planning teamsRequired Qualifications:Minimum 7 years of relevant experience related to project or construction managementRetail construction project management experience requiredDemonstrated high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and schedulingStrong working knowledge of architectural and MEP drawings along with furniture and space planning conceptsExceptional data interpretation skills for monitoring project financials and progressProven self-starter with strong organizational skills, capacity to prioritize, sets aggressive goals and consistently delivers resultsPrevious experience working in a matrixed environment with Project Management teamsExceptional communication skills with ability to support Project teams through influence, advice, and modelled behaviorStrong understanding of real estate life cycle and proven ability to collaborate across disciplinesPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction ManagementBanking/financial institution project management experienceExperience with retail construction/interior buildout projectsProficiency in project management technology tools with commitment to continuous skill developmentExperience finding solutions to complex problems in collaborative environmentsExcellent interpersonal skills with ability to remain calm under pressureTrack record of acting decisively, thinking big, and managing time to meet deadlines in fast-paced, high-volume environmentLeadership experience in diverse, supportive, talented team environmentsLocation:

Estimated total compensation for this position:

115,000.00 – 150,000.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
