Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director, Order Project Management & Fulfillment to join the BEA Leadership Team. This role is ideal for an experienced people leader and change agent with a strong background in project management, strategy, and organizational leadership.

The Director will lead end-to-end execution of coordinated bioprocessing equipment and automation projects, ensuring customer happiness, timely and on-budget delivery, and revenue recognition. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, building hard-working teams, and crafting the future growth of the business.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead execution of complex hardware and controls projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to customer expectations.Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Commercial, and Logistics to drive alignment and customer success.Establish important measures for project performance (lead times, delivery efficiency, customer happiness) and hold the team accountable to continuous improvement (PPI).Coordinate and manage departmental budgets while planning for rapid international growth.Contribute to sales pipeline planning and participate in the SIOP process; serve as a key collaborator in sales enablement.Contribute to BEA senior leadership team meetings, setting objectives and strategies and ensuring execution (e.g., standardizing SKUs and driving customer adoption).Recruit, develop, and retain a motivated and experienced project fulfillment team; implement a robust experience strategy to sustain organizational growth.Champion change management initiatives to drive efficiency, standardization, and cultural alignment.EducationBachelor’s degree in a scientific, engineering, or business field required.MBA or equivalent experience preferred.ExperienceMinimum of 8 years of experience in leading projects, programs, or products, demonstrating a track record in guiding extensive, cross-departmental projects.5+ years of people leadership experience, with a track record of building, encouraging, and motivating hard-working teams.Strong customer orientation with experience working directly with clients and commercial teams across diverse channels.Proven capacity to guide within complex organizational structures and to impact various levels effectively.Proven change leader with a bias for action and strong problem-solving skills.Experience with complex capital equipment required, Life Sciences industry experience preferredKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesStrong strategic and financial competence; ability to interpret P&L and connect to portfolio strategy.Outstanding project planning and execution skills with attention to detail.Skilled in navigating ambiguity, prioritizing effectively, and driving timely decisions.Strong communication, collaboration, and influencing skills across global and diverse teams.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $160,100.00–$225,000.00.

This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
