About the Role:

Provide strategic leadership and direction for the team, serve as the primary escalation point for cross-functional leadership on card network-related matters, oversee daily workflows, manage special initiatives and projects, and represent Network Operations in broader company programs and initiatives.

What You Will Do:

Oversee and manage the workflow and ticketing processes related to Network Operations. Lead and support team members within the Network Operations group. Represent Network Operations in enterprise-wide initiatives where card network involvement is required. Serve as a liaison and escalation point for card network-related issues across operational leadership. Report on Network Operations activities as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and maintain relationships with card network partners. Perform additional duties as assigned to support departmental and organizational goals

What You Will Need:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience Typically 8+ years with bachelor's or equivalent in Business Administration, management, or a related field. Card network related experience preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and motivate team members. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

Salary range: $86,000 – $145,000

 
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target for a new hire in this role. Individual pay within the range will be determined by multiple factors which can include but are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary for your location during the hiring process. Ranges may be modified in the future.
