You are responsible for ensuring that projects are successfully completed on time and on budget. This includes program governance, budget and timeline development, build quality, testing and operational readiness, and the completed project’s readiness to go live.
How you will contribute

Drive consistency and quality in the execution of the program using the appropriate methodology and toolsIdentify, assess, and mitigate project-level risks and escalate them to global leads and/ or the program manager when neededProvide project reporting and status updates using scorecards, status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetingsLead budget management, resource planning and utilizationConfirm the completion and consistency of projects and their readiness to go liveOwn the relationship with the external vendors including quality assurance in all phases of project deliveryWhat you will bring

This position requires 7-10 years of experience in program managementEducation / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferredJob specific requirements:
Partners cross-functionally (BD, Strategy & Insights, Finance, People, Engineering, Legal, CGA, Manufacturing, Quality, Safety, R&D, etc.) to drive alignment on Master Plan Governance Process•Leads the governance and program management of all Master Plan strategic initiatives across MSC and drives disciplined cadence of program governance:•Leads Readiness reviews•Manages milestone gates•Leads Steering Team updates•MLT/BOD presentations creation•Ensures alignment across initiatives, identifying interdependencies, overlap, risks, and change impacts•Establishes structured business cases, benefits frameworks, KPIs, and tracking mechanisms for each MP initiative•Maintains a unified portfolio view of all transformation programs, enabling executive visibility and decision-making•Partners closely with Finance and Risk Management to validate benefits realization, investment requirements, and timeline impacts•Supports initiative teams with change management, stakeholder engagement, and communications needs•Ensures all initiatives adhere to Transformation Office standards related to reporting, risk tracking, and cross-functional alignmentTravel requirements:

This is a position that is based in East Hanover, NJSalary and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $142,700 to $235,455; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program.In addition, Mondelez International offers the following benefits: health insurance, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education related programs, paid holidays and vacation time.
