The Director of Merchandise Integration plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing North America’s strategic product and marketing initiatives within the Footwear category. This position ensures seamless alignment between merchandising, marketing, and vendor strategies to deliver compelling consumer experiences and drive business growth. The role requires a visionary leader who can translate concepts into actionable plans, manage complex timelines, and foster collaboration across internal teams and external partners.
Responsibilities Strategic Leadership:Serve as the primary liaison between product, merchandising, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive seasonal strategiesDrive alignment of vendor and category initiatives with North American business objectivesSeasonal Planning & Execution:Lead and participate in Seasonal Kickoff meetings, quarterly line reviews, and marketing briefsCo-author and maintain seasonal marketing plans across social, digital, and visual merchandising channelsIdentify and prioritize marketing tiers quarterly to optimize consumer engagementProject & Process Management:Oversee timelines, deliverables, and checkpoints for marketing and merchandising initiativesManage special projects and bi-annual trend analysis to inform future strategiesSupport lifecycle management and vendor preview meetings to ensure long-term product successCollaboration & Communication:Develop and present key sell-in materials for internal stakeholders and external partnersCultivate strong relationships with vendors, creators, and influencers within sneaker and streetwear culture Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience requiredMinimum 5+ years of experience in product, merchandising, or marketing roles within a fast-paced, cross-functional environmentExceptional communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and WordStrong analytical skills to interpret consumer insights and market trendsProven ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage multiple projects under tight deadlinesDeep understanding of sneaker and streetwear culture, with established credibility and connections in the community

BenefitsThe annual base salary range is $120000 - $140000 / year. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible to receive short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Salary will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
