And with continuing education and advancement opportunities at every turn, you can build a long, successful career with Mayo Clinic. **Benefits Highlights** + Medical: Multiple plan options. + Dental: Delta Dental or reimbursement account for flexible coverage. + Vision: Affordable plan with national network. + Pre-Tax Savings: HSA and FSAs for eligible expenses. + Retirement: Competitive retirement package to secure your future. **Responsibilities** Responsibilities + Lead the logistics strategy for the Mayo Clinic Beyond Walls program, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and reliable delivery of medical equipment, supplies, and services to patients in home and community settings. + Develop scalable logistics models that align with clinical workflows and patient needs in virtual, hybrid, or home-based care environments. + Effectively align business capabilities and patient needs with solutions that optimize end results in a cost-effective way, while having an eye toward the future and scale. + Act as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve issues, align priorities, and ensure operational readiness for program expansion. + Communicate effectively across the array of internal and external stakeholders to ensure awareness, coordination, engagement and alignment across Mayo Clinic Beyond Walls change management efforts. + Establish deep partnerships with business stakeholders to ensure the Mayo Clinic Beyond Walls program achieves business requirements and aligns them to other organizational strategies and priorities. + Leverage customer feedback and data to inform and guide future development and operations. + Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards (e.g., CMS, Joint Commission), and patient privacy considerations as they relate to the movement and handling of medical supplies and equipment. + Monitor and manage the program portfolio, including deployment schedules, scopes and budgets and delivering as scheduled. + Ability to translate clinical goals into actionable logistics strategies that ensure continuity of care, patient safety, and service reliability. **Qualifications** + A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or health care administration is required. Master’s degree preferred. + A minimum of five years of experience in a complex healthcare setting is required, including a demonstrated ability to lead new business opportunities or strategic initiatives. + A minimum of three years of experience in leadership is required. + The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to solve problems in a matrix organization. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset. + Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders. **Exemption Status** Exempt **Compensation Detail** $160,472 - $240,718 / year **Benefits Eligible** Yes **Schedule** Full Time **Hours/Pay Period** 80 **Schedule Details** M-F, business hours.
