The primary purpose of the Director, Division Operations for MAS, is to assist the DVP with overall division strategy and is responsible for holding Regional Director(s), and Regional Managers accountable to meet Divisional goals. Additionally, the DDO should help identify division opportunities through analytics of metrics, including developing action plans when necessary, and to drive those action plans to resolution. This role leads through influence utilizing Division and Operation resources to achieve results. The Director, Division Operations works in close collaboration with Finance and HR Business Partners.
Responsibilities
+ Taking strategic direction from the Division VP, the DDO identifies, escalates, and solves issues to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the Division.
+ Facilitate Workforce Planning initiatives in partnership with HR and Finance Business Partners: Run labor forecasting, and update staffing models, based on the strategic growth plan.
+ Elevate issues with internal teams to solve problems that affect business performance within the assigned Division.
+ Assist in development, implementation, and utilization of operational dashboards and KPIs to monitor technician shop performance. Identify areas of opportunity, and develop action plans to resolve them. Ensure plans are actioned and/or escalated to DVP as required.
+ Partners with Finance and HRBP to plan and facilitate business review meetings and monitor the expenditures.
+ Participates in Strategic Projects, and Continuous Improvement initiatives led by the Operations team.
+ Utilize various internal systems to deliver reporting and analytics for business decisions; develop presentation materials to translate metrics and to tell a story.
+ In cooperation with HRBP, ensure Regional Directors and Regional Managers are managing employee compensation within acceptable levels.
+ Partner with Finance BP to review metrics to gauge performance of individuals, markets, and overall Division
+ Partner with DVP, HR, and Talent Acquisition team on recruiting goals; prioritize ‘hot’ roles and staffing needs for urgent attention.
+ Work with HRBP to ensure effective Operations Performance management. Develop performance action plans and facilitate discussion with bottom performers.
+ Facilitate division communication plans and conduct regular meetings with Regional Director(s) and Regional Manager, and Sr. Support Staff.
+ Direct growth strategy through planning and purchasing of assets required to successfully grow the business, which includes monitoring the key inventory and tooling to keep the growth pipeline filled.
+ Develop and facilitate a process to review each Market individually each quarter, including review of P&L attainment, and successful key performance indicator achievement.
+ Participate in all acquisition opportunity discussions with the business development team, including review and agreement of business plan with the DVP, and Finance BP.
+ Partner with the Integration team, HRBP, Regional DIrector(s), and Regional Management to ensure successful onboarding of all employees acquired through acquisition.
+ Ensure by partnering with Regional DIrector(s), and Regional Management, that new acquisition units are meeting business case plan objectives, and are aligned with standard operating procedures of the MAS Organization.
Qualifications
+ BS/BA or equivalent required
+ 15+ years of experience with progressive responsibility in leadership roles.
+ Strong analytical and financial planning/modeling skills required
+ Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization
+ Excellent computer skills including experience utilizing Workday and CCC1 systems for reporting and productivity analysis; strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)
+ Strong project management and planning skills

Compensation Details:
$200,000 - $250,000 / Year
Compensation is commensurate with skill, education and experience.
Supplemental Pay:
This position may also be eligible for Bonus opportunities tied to individual or business initiatives.
