The Director of Martech Operations Enablement & Automation is responsible for building and operating a strategic growth platform that powers high-performing marketing execution at scale. This leader heads an incubator team dedicated to identifying and automating manual marketing processes, piloting technologies, and designing the data architecture required to "switch on" advanced features within Salesforce, Adobe Experience Clouds and other Martech stack. Once a technology or workflow is proven successful, this role operationalizes and scales it in a centralized and governed manner focused on current and future clients, financial advisor segments, geographies etc. to drive firm outcomes. **What you'll do:** **Process Automation & Operational Efficiency** + Eliminate Manual Workflows: Design and implement automated solutions that remove manual steps in campaign setup, creative asset delivery, and data entry. + Streamline Asset Distribution: Build centralized, automated workflows for storing and distributing creative assets across marketing channels, reducing errors and accelerating delivery timelines. + Drive Speed-to-Market: Identify operational bottlenecks and deliver measurable improvements in speed-to-market for campaigns and digital journeys without compromising quality or compliance. + Optimize Platform Workflows: Identify opportunities to improve platform configurations and marketing workflows to increase efficiency, scalability, and campaign execution quality. + Lead Day-to-Day Platform Operations: Oversee daily operations of marketing platforms to ensure reliability, performance, and consistency across all teams. **Tech Experimentation** + Pilot New Capabilities: Define and lead a structured experimentation program-including A/B tests, journey testing, and technology pilots-with strong hypothesis development, prioritization frameworks, and clear measurement standards. + Act as an Internal Startup: Vet emerging technologies, translating business challenges into scalable, ROI‑positive solutions that can be adopted enterprise‑wide. + Feature Enablement: Gather business requirements and strategically "switch on" underutilized features within the Salesforce and Adobe stacks to expand capabilities and accelerate value creation. + Platform Evaluation & Selection: Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new marketing technology platforms to meet organizational needs. **Data Architecture & System Integration** + Design the Foundation: Partner with Digital Product teams to define and maintain the enterprise Martech architecture, ensuring data flows, identity resolution, and decisioning rules are in place across all tools and channels. + Standardize Systems: Own and enforce global standards for naming conventions, tagging taxonomy, and campaign architecture to support enterprise-level attribution, analytics, and insight generation. + Enable Enhancements: Collaborate with analytics and data teams to ensure platforms capture the right data for reporting. Enable advanced segmentation, personalization, and targeting through optimized platform usage. + Ensure Seamless Integration: Oversee integration of Martech platforms-including CRM, marketing automation, CDPs, and analytics tools-with firmwide data systems to ensure interoperability and unified customer views. + Partner on Infrastructure & Security: Work with IS and data partners to ensure proper technical infrastructure, governance, and security for all marketing technologies. **Scaling & Operationalization** + Drive Enterprise Adoption: Lead the transition of incubated or experimental solutions into day-to-day marketing operations, ensuring scalable execution and consistent adoption across teams. + Lead Change Management: Act as a transformational leader who champions automation, drives behavior change, and builds adoption of new processes and technologies across the organization. + Develop Marketing Technology Strategy: Build and evolve a comprehensive marketing technology strategy aligned with marketing and business goals to deliver long-term, enterprise-wide value. + Champion Talent Enablement: Partner with functional leaders to gather business requirements and upskill teams to fully leverage new and existing Martech capabilities. **Leadership & Team Development** + Lead and Mentor Teams: Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing technology and operations professionals, cultivating a culture of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
