Critical to this role is understanding of Hyatt’s brand-led organization, how to develop marketing plans that are unique to each brand’s strategic pillars and positioning within the market.
Key responsibilities include:

· Partner with regional Commercial Services leadership, Brand, Digital, and Operations to set integrated commercial priorities and drive cohesive execution
· Align with Regional O&C Operations to ensure marketing strategies, timelines, campaigns, and digital readiness milestones are coordinated with broader ramp project plans
Performance Optimization, Insights & Continuous Learning
· Partner with the Ramp Insights & Reporting teams to analyze marketing performance, segmentation, demand contribution, content readiness, and digital KPIs
· Monitor marketing KPIs, evaluate campaign outcomes, and measure the impact and effectiveness of ramp activities
· Identify marketing successes, gaps, and opportunities, sharing regional learnings with global and cross-regional peers to elevate future openings
· Develop customized “marketing glide paths to success” for challenged assets, including channel-specific recovery plans and targeted demand-generation strategies
Travel
· Up to 30-35%, depending on hotel openings, ownership meetings, and regional coordination needs
**Qualifications:**
· 8-10 years of progressive hospitality marketing leadership, ideally across multiple regions
· Experience driving successful marketing strategy for new hotel openings, conversions, or brand transitions
· Proven ability to elevate commercial performance through brand, digital, and demand-generation marketing
· Strong command of hotel marketing disciplines, including digital, brand, PR, social, content development, CRM, and distribution marketing
· Deep understanding of regional consumer behavior, market dynamics, and how to adapt brand strategy to local context
· Experience with global brands and portfolio brand strategy.
