What is the opportunity?

This is a key member of the Marketing Finance & Integration team, focused on gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data  to provide actionable insights and strategic advice to all supported stakeholders across the Personal, Commercial Banking, Wealth Management and BMCC marketing teams. This role will collaborate closely with the Senior Director to build strong connectivity with the marketing leadership teams and align efforts to monitor financial performance, provide strategic advice and enhance the quality of business decisions supported by an effective and efficient cost management framework. The Director will be responsible for coordinating the internal planning, forecasting, and reporting process, including ensuring strong controls and governance are maintained.

This role will appeal to individuals who enjoy working in a dynamic environment and significant visibility across the supported lines of business (LOBs), who thrive on challenges in an innovative environment.

What will you do?

Responsible for the delivery of monthly reporting of business performance across supported stakeholders and LOBs, with primary focus on marketing cost trends, early warnings, and savings opportunities.Support the production, articulation and delivery of Executive-level analysis and reporting.Lead and execute the internal annual budget cycle, the periodic forecast updates and oversee the execution of the period-end close process.Oversee data analysis and collaborate closely with the Senior Director to produce and maintain reports and dashboards that visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and other relevant data, ensuring insights help drive cost management and support strategic decisions.Collaborate with senior leadership, department heads and other stakeholders to identify data/insight needs and develop solutions.Coordinate regularly with Finance partners across Personal and Commercial Banking and Functions Finance to ensure consistent alignment with published financial results, including the development and communication of monthly estimates.

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

Strategic mindset with experience implementing and enhancing internal processes.Excellent financial/analytical, communication (oral & written) and people skills to establish strong relationships at all levels across a broad based of internal stakeholders as well as external.Excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.Experience in management reporting and analysis.

Nice to Have  

Experience with planning and forecasting.Finance/Accounting background.
