Oversee and optimize creative technology platforms, including Veeva Vault PromoMats, DAM systems, and workflow automation tools.

Define content hierarchies, metadata, and tagging structures to maximize searchability, reuse, and automation of U.S.-focused assets.

Drive agency management, ensuring external partners align with Gilead’s standards for derivative and modular content in the U.S. market.

Develop playbooks, training programs, and toolkits to embed derivative content practices across marketing and creative teams.

Implement KPIs and dashboards to measure content reuse, efficiency gains, and speed-to-market improvements in the U.S. context.

Lead, mentor, and grow a creative operations team focused on scalability, innovation, and compliance.

Act as a change leader, embedding modular, derivative, and AI-driven approaches into Gilead’s future ways of working.
