We are seeking a **Director, Local KA & Modern Trade, ARCA** , Colima you'll support strategies with franchise operations and bottlers, assist management with identifying opportunities, provide recommendations and implement key initiatives including sales planning, monitoring sales and activity records. The success candidate needs to demonstrate their ability to provide visibility on highly complex or specialized projects in the commercial marketplace.
**What You'll Do for Us**
+ Lead the KA and Modern Trade growth agenda in the region, aligning local and regional strategies, and collaborating with ARCA on key local Modern Trade plans.
+ Manage the daytoday Channel and Key Account Strategy, ensuring strong business results while leading strategic, operational, and commercial projects with franchisees and key customers.
+ Negotiate company strategies and business plans by channel and key account, working with crossfunctional teams to secure flawless execution in bottler territories.
+ Analyze bottler and customer market performance-including volume trends, Nielsen data, pricing and promotional dynamics-to identify issues, opportunities, and actions for both short and longterm growth.
+ Align and manage market execution investments with the bottler and key accounts, ensuring activities reflect project priorities and strategic objectives in Modern Trade.
+ Maintain deep understanding of Modern Trade dynamics and local Key Account needs, ensuring strategies address evolving customer requirements and unlock competitive advantages.
+ Develop Immediate & Future Consumption plans to increase volume, improve package mix, and drive profitability, designing initiatives for trade, sales teams, and consumers.
+ Lead execution with the bottler primarily Modern Trade and local Key Accounts, tracking performance, evaluating execution quality, and communicating results to the system.
**Qualification & Requirements**
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics or related field, Master's degree is preferred.
+ 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience within the Coca‑Cola System or the broader consumer packaged goods industry.
+ Demonstrated track record of delivering commercial and strategic business results.
+ Required experience in Marketing and Commercial functions, with deep understanding of brand growth, portfolio strategy, and market execution.
+ Expertise in Modern Trade, including the ability to shape commercial strategies and execution plans.
+ Recommended experience in Bottler Marketing or Commercial Strategy, with strong understanding of retail ecosystems.
+ Exceptional problem‑solving and analytical skills, able to diagnose complex business situations, synthesize insights, and design actionable strategies.
+ Proven leadership capability, including setting the strategic agenda, influencing senior stakeholders, and mobilizing cross-functional teams toward system-wide priorities.
