Lead negotiation with Landlord to achieve winning location for NIKE NSP projects, including opening new stores and upgrading existing storesManage strategic relationship with key landlordsCo-ordinate with cross functional teams and landlord to ensure the store opening process smoothlyLead and coach landlord team to deliver business results

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above with good language skills15 years above Real Estate BD experience with strong negotiation skill; Retail industry background is highly appreciatedLeasing experience in leading Landlord is also preferredStrong communication skills, ability to deal with multiple tasks and connect internal processHighly organized and detail orientedA growth mindset with curiosity to understand the latest company strategy with the ability to handle complicated projects
