**Job Description:**
Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Director, J&J CareCommunity & Healthcare Workforce Strategy and Programs, based in New Brunswick, NJ. The position is eligible to participate in J&J Flex, working days both in the office and remote each week.
The J&J Global Health Equity team advances equitable access to quality care through championing nurses and community health workers and connecting more communities to the care they need.
As Director, J&J CareCommunity and Workforce Strategy & Programs, you will play a transformative role in this ambition.
+ You will drive the strategy and global activation of the first-ever Johnson & Johnson global social impact platform, J&J CareCommunity, leveraging your capabilities in strategic brand marketing deliver a coherent and distinct identity and experience through consistent, effective internal and external activations targeting key audiences in collaboration with a cross functional global corporate affairs team.
+ You will drive the strategy and program direction to deliver real and quantifiable impact for healthcare workers, in partnership with a broad range of internal stakeholders and external global health organizations and partners through strategies and programs that drive healthcare worker advocacy, training, and support.
+ You will do it all by leading a team of two experienced leaders translating their experience in business to make a positive impact on communities across the world.

**Major Responsibilities**
+ **Social impact strategy:** Champion the global strategy and activation of key J&J Global Health Equity priorities. Includes:
+ **Champion the overarching strategy and global activation plan for J&J CareCommunity** – including its expression with J&J employees and external stakeholders.
+ **Drive global strategies for J&J support for Community Health Workers** and other potential categories of health workers to inform programs and support of such healthcare workers, executed in close collaboration with global health equity program delivery teams.
+ **Close collaboration with the Global Health Equity Employee Engagement Team** , on strategies and activation for employee engagement and volunteerism delivered under the banner of J&J CareCommunity.
+ **Close collaboration with the Global Health Equity Global Nursing Initiatives** Team, leveraging nursing as a key reason to believe and range of messaging/asset expressed within J&J CareCommunity activation.
+ **Close collaboration with the Global Health Equity Sector Teams** on the J&J CareCommunity presentations, conference activation, and assets for engagement with external stakeholders (e.g., health systems).
+ **Collaboration with J&J Innovative Medicine and MedTech** (J&J Sectors) on the activation and measurement strategy for the J&J My Health Can’t Wait Program, with direct responsibility for the management of the program website and communications agency capturing live footage and recaps of the program community events.
+ **Orchestration of the J&J US Health Equity Fund** that furthers health equity focus across the US enterprise.
+ **Business planning:** Lead annual business planning and long-range financial planning for J&J CareCommunity and social impact strategy for Community Health Workers, in collaboration with various functions of the J&J Global Health Equity Team.
+ **Team leadership:** Lead and inspire a team of two associates responsible to develop and drive global health equity partnerships, programs, and community activations. Provide guidance, training, mentorship, and support to foster a collaborative team environment and elevate team impact.
+ **Creative asset development:** Lead the development of branding and activation guidelines and select creative assets for J&J CareCommunity activation (e.g., creative concepts and assets for external conferences), in close collaboration with the J&J communications team and other J&J partners. Provide input on strategies and messaging for J&J CareCommunity media execution and other communication-related activities.
+ **Insight development:** Conduct market research to identify global health equity insights, trends, and program best practices to develop impactful global programs and communications.
+ **Measurement and optimization:** Measure and report social impact performance and optimization opportunities on accountable efforts in collaboration with internal analytics, Global Health Equity team partners, communications, and partner organizations, as necessary. Make recommendations to adjust plans and/or budgets for increased impact.
+ **Public speaking:** Serve as a J&J ambassador for global health equity engagements and events, to drive awareness of J&J health equity impact, externally.
**Qualifications:**
+ A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required
+ A minimum of 10 years of commercial marketing experience is required
+ Experience with stakeholder engagement, business leadership, executive presence, proficiency with “dot connecting”, influencing without authority, creating long term impact and enhancing the reputation of organization is required
+ Experience in Health Equity is a strong asset.
+ Strong marketing experience inclusive of launching and leading paid media campaigns and owned social media strategies and long-range strategic business plans.
+ Track record designing ground-breaking programs for healthcare professionals and patients with positive outcomes.
+ Deep understanding of healthcare, the needs of patients and the nurses, healthcare workers, and providers who serve them.
+ Able to anticipate trends, envision the future and inspire change.
+ Highly analytical, able to see through data and identify actionable insights.
+ Strong strategic ability to think creatively, conceptually and critically to solve challenging problems.
+ Creative! You are a never-ending source of innovative ideas to solve ambitious problems.
+ Strong leadership experience managing dedicated, hard-working teams.
+ Global experience leading diverse teams across multiple geographies.
+ Developing and managing strong collaborative partnerships internally and externally. Experience in working with nursing and healthcare organizations, government and regulatory officials, and NGOs is preferred.
+ Managing external vendors and agencies to produce quality work.
+ Outstanding communication and leadership presentation skills.
+ Able to navigate across a matrixed, global organization and influence by building strong working relationships.
+ Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and make difficult tradeoff decisions.
+ Understanding of health equity challenges facing people in resource-limited settings around the world.
+ Passion for the important role that J&J can play to help improve access to quality healthcare.
+ Demonstrated ability to develop talent and careers.

**The anticipated base pay range for this position is :**
146,000 - 251,850
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)). This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
