Job Summary
The Director of Business Application Services is a strategic and operational leader responsible for the overall management, delivery, and support of all business applications within the Community Health Systems (CHS) Digital Technology Organization under the Business Unit of IT. This role ensures the effective and efficient management of Business Applications across the CHS enterprise. The Director will lead a team of managers, application analysts, support specialists, and business analysts fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field or equivalent work experience required. Master's degree preferred.Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleKnowledge of ITIL and other relevant IT service management frameworks.Strong understanding of security best practices within applications.Preferred:
10 years of Business Application Management experienceExperience working within a large, multi-facility healthcare system similar to CHS.
