For more information, please visit www.thermofisher.com . **Position Summary:** The IT Director for the Filtration and Separation Division (FSD) contributes to the development and execution of IT strategy and provides leadership for a staff of program managers and business analysts. This role works with Vice Presidents & General Managers across the division in support of +$1B in revenue. The IT leader operates as the single point of contact and leader to business leaders, ensuring we deliver on business priorities and goals. Implementing effective and efficient communications across the division. The role supports an IT operating model that uses existing IT and Business processes, streamlines the in-take and prioritization processes and provides oversight and governance to ensure success. **Key Responsibilities:** + Innovate and implement technical solutions, tools and processes that increase the quality, value and efficiency of the IT organization + Provide clear ownership, executive level communication and organizational transformation using PPI business system, Data Science and 4i values. + Solicit inputs from business and IT leaders and focus on the highest priorities to ensure the engagement based on business readiness and strategic priority. + Demonstrate leadership and experience in business development, operations and reporting systems to ensure they are crafted with supportability and business continuity. + Focus on turning data into information, process and systems to drive business results, operational excellence and customer allegiance + Build a culture of shared responsibility and ownership for organizational execution and motivation to build a cohesive team across multiple IT organizations and business partners + Build an innovative team culture passionate about meeting commitments with a high standard of quality and business responsiveness **Qualifications:** + Minimum 10 years in dynamic IT leadership roles building global expertise in business relationship management, IT strategy and solution delivery + IT experience working in a molecular diagnostics company + Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills + Good interpersonal and organizational influence skills + Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication skills + Communicate successfully and authoritatively with a diverse group of executives and leaders + BS Required, MS or MBA preferred **Compensation and Benefits** The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $176,000.00–$234,700.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
