What is the opportunity?

This position is full time and will require you to work a minimum of 4 days in the office per week with the option to work one day from home.

This position is for the Director of Investor Services Business Technology (IS BT) Business Management role.

The role is accountable for leading various Business Management functions including Supplier Management function for IS BT, IS BT Planning, Financials, Target Operating Model & Governance functions.

The role is accountable for supporting the strategic delivery of the various Business Management functions and is inclusive of People Management responsibilities.

What will you do?

Work collaboratively with local and global T&O teams adhering to standards across the BankLead regional T&O engagements where appropriateSupport the delivery of regional IT strategic objectivesLead a team that ensures the execution of an efficient, transparent & controlled Planning functionResponsible for leadership reporting on IS BT operating modelSet strategic objectives for IS BT target operating model & report on progressManages IS BT Supplier Delivery Management teams in support of the WII BT Supplier Management strategyEnsures employees understand RBC vision, as well as supports and reinforces targeted behaviours that contribute to RBC goals.
