**What does this role look like?**
We are seeking an Integrated Program Planning Director for the Space Enterprise Performance team, responsible for the Program Planning function across the corporation\.
This high impact leader will provide integration and strategic direction across the space program planning teams, with responsibility for the end\-to\-end lifecycle of planning and schedule management in support of program capture through execution\. The role will engage with programs across the corporation, development, production, and sustainment, therefore requires knowledge of different life cycles of a program\.

**In this role will offer you the following daily key responsibilities:**
The Integrated Program Planning Director will have oversight and responsibility for all planning and scheduling operations and analysis for the corporation\. Coordination with Lines of Business that support the function will be critical to effectiveness in this position\. The leader is the key driver of an integrated team across Space to ensure successful program execution and performance of our programs, including all aspects of a validated Earned Value Management system\. Interaction with multiple functions, including Supply Chain, Program Finance and Program Management are critical to be successful\. This leader will have responsibility for supporting and shaping the strategic vision of Integrated Program Planning across Space\.
This function is integrated into every part of the business and this role will be influential in shaping the culture of the team and should be passionate about talent management\.

This position does not support teleworking; the preferred candidate will be located near our Lockheed Martin Space facility in either **Denver, CO** or **Sunnyvale, CA,** and be expected to work in the office \.
**Basic Qualifications:**
**To be effective, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:**
• Bachelor Degree or higher, or equivalent experience/combined education
• 10\+ years of professional experience, with 5\+ in formal leadership
• Experience managing programs with DFARS requirements and DCMA EVM Surveillances; strong knowledge of PPMP\-01 \(Program Performance Management Process\)
• Proven track record of leading large scale change initiatives across cross\-functional stakeholders
• Demonstrated capability in identifying risk mitigation and/or opportunity in schedule and cost performance
• Earned Value Management skills, advanced integrated cost/schedule management experience
• You will need to be a US Citizen, andcurrently posses and are able to maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET/SCI clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information\.
**Desired Skills:**
**To be effective, ideally, you should also have:**
• P&L Program Management experience
• Knowledge of Program Finance, Independent Cost Estimating, Estimating, Government contracting, Subcontract Management, Firm Fixed Price Contracting and Business Development
• Experience building cross BA relationships to achieve a shared objective
• Experience with Open Plan, agile scheduling technique, Microsoft Project Scheduling Tool, Cobra, Primavera and Winsight
• Experience working within Space
• Significant experience in business leadership roles and proven track record of success and high performance
• Proficient communication, analytical, and presentation skills\. This includes interfacing and conducting presentations with customers and internal program/executive management and assessing program cost/schedule/risk performance\.
• Experience interfacing and developing strong relationships with Program Management, Customers, Functional Leads
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to work well in team environment
• Demonstrated ability to use critical\-thinking to solve complex problems
• Passionate people leader that can attract, engage, motivate, and develop talent across the organization\.

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 9x80 every other Friday off
**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $180,000 \- $287,500\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\. **Benefits offered:** Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short\-Term Disability, Long\-Term Disability, 401\(k\) match, Flexible Spending Accounts, EAP, Education Assistance, Parental Leave, Paid time off, and Holidays\. \(Washington state applicants only\) Non\-represented full\-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off \(PTO\) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays\. Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\.
