Director, Hyperscale Program Management

Jabil is seeking a dynamic Director, Hyperscale Program Management to lead strategic programs for a major hyperscale customer. This high-impact role is ideal for a seasoned leader with a proven ability to drive complex, large-scale initiatives in fast-paced technology environments. You’ll be at the forefront of program execution, working cross-functionally to deliver results that exceed customer expectations.
Initially an individual contributor role, this position offers significant growth potential—with the opportunity to build and lead a team of Program Managers as the account scales.
What You’ll Do
Own program execution from end to end, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets.Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, customers, and partners, acting as the primary point of contact for program-related matters.Collaborate across engineering, operations, sales, and business units to align program goals and drive seamless execution.Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and ensure proactive issue resolution.Drive customer satisfaction, managing global relationships and consistently exceeding expectations.What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree required and PMP certification preferred.10-15+ years of experience at leading tech companies (e.g., Dell, Intel, AMD, Meta, Amazon).10+ years of experience managing hyperscale programs.Proven ability to lead through influence, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in complex environments.Strong communication, planning, and team leadership skills.Benefits Package with Jabil
