How You’ll Make an Impact 

Oversee employee relations, ensuring Spectrum policies are consistently administeredGuide managers and supervisors with consultative support and resolve escalated employee issuesEnsure compliance with all local, state and federal employment laws to minimize riskDirect recruiting and staffing processes, designing employee retention strategies and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirementsManage organizational change and participate in enterprise-wide initiativesOversee payroll processing, commission reporting and maintenance of HRIS databaseHire, train and develop direct reports while managing departmental expenses and budget planning

What You’ll Bring to Spectrum 

Required Qualifications 

Education 

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or organizational behavior or related field or equivalent experience

Experience 

8+ years of Human Resources experience
5+ years of management experience

The base pay for this position generally is between $120,800.00 and $257,000.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
